Elimination Chamber,Quicktake: Fastlane

SMACKDOWN
Elimination Chamber Results

Mojo Rawley def. Curt Hawkins via Tilt a Whirl PowerSlam
-Impressive match for Rawley, Hawkins did a good job making Mojo look hype.
6-10

Becky Lynch def. Mickie James via Jacknife Pin
-Others will say that this match was a throwaway, but this is a textbook opening match. Fantastic story between the two that should continue after WrestleMania. Mickie proved that she hasn't lost a step (if she hadn't already proved that against Asuka at NxT Takeover:Toronto) Becky is arguably the best (or at least top 2 behind Raw's Bayley) female babyface with the best comeback sequence in WWE today.
7.5-10

Apollo Crews and Kalisto def. Dolph Ziggler via Crews's Spinning Powerbomb
-My compatriots and I analyzed this match as a horrific (and probably over analyzed) representation of WWE's take on Race wars are currently: The hispanic dude got attacked from behind by the white guy, which leads the white guy with USA on his pants (whose belief's incidentally enough are the opposite of what his character represents in this match) facing the black dude. The white dude is about to win, when the hispanic guy comes back from injury, tags in and does some flippy shit. Then after getting kicked in the face by the hispanic guy, he gets picked up from behind by the black dude and gets powerbombed for the win. .....and finally the white guy takes out the hispanic guy again from under the legs.....and then goes on and takes out the black guy with a steel weapon.

Now to be serious, it was a match that honestly didn't have a lot of logic...or at least needed a little more build to make Ziggler more of a devilish heel than he was being. The post match assault is a good way to write off Crews for the time being and makes Ziggler look good.
5-10

Natalya and Nikki Bella go to a double countout.
-Story leading up to it, was cringe-worthy but logical. The match, while a bit long for my taste between these to, was much better than expected. The ending made logical sense, along with the post match attack. Also, I'm kind of intrigued to see yet another real life/controversial storyline with Maryse being inadvertently involved.
6.5-10
Tag team Turmoil

American Alpha def. The Ascension, The Usos (who defeated), Heath Slater and Rhyno (who defeated), The Vaudevillians, and Breezango to retain the Smackdown Tag Team Championships
-I was hoping that Alpha would be showcased for longer than just the Usos. The Ascension were booked for shit in this one, same goes for Breezango and The Vaudevillians (Hasn't Gotch paid for enough sins already!?!?!?) Admittedly, below Nattie and Nikki, and Becky and Mickie.
6-10

Randy Orton def. Luke Harper
-Result honestly was written in stone, so the match was more about "How Good is Luke Harper by himself in a marquee match" and "Does Randy Orton have to carry the match/does Randy Orton have the motivation for an undercard MOTN candidate" The answers are as follows: Fantastic, No, and Yes.  While it started slow, it was fantastic by the end of the match. Can't wait for the next part of the story!
8-10

Naomi def. Alexa Bliss to become the new Smackdown Women's Champion!
-While I think it was a "little" early to take the championship from Bliss, Naomi completely deserves this championship victory. She should have won the championship just before Paige showed up, but the factt that she won the championship and won it in a much better matchup compared to (i think it was either backlash or no mercy) their match in the fall. Also, I've been stating for years that the Split Legged moonsault should have been Naomi's finisher from the start.
7-10

Main Event:Bray Wyatt def. AJ Styles, John Cena, The Miz, Dean Ambrose, and Baron Corbin
-EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL! SUCH A WELL PLANNED MATCH.
-Corbin was a BEAST even though he was eliminated first.
-Corbin vs. Ambrose for the IC Championship sounds great! Not to mention, Ambrose did his job as the lunatic willing to do anything in the chamber.
-Miz was a great scavenger, picking up the 2nd elimination. However, unless there's a Cena feud in the near future, Miz being eliminated by 1 AA weakens his mystique a bit.
-Cena losing changed the entire outset of the match, and the energy of the crowd went from a 7 to an 11.
-Such a brilliant finish, probably the best Chamber since the original.
9-10

Post Elimination Chamber/Smackdown
Alexa Bliss def. Becky Lynch to regain the Smackdown Women's Championship
Luke Harper and AJ Styles def. Kalisto, Apollo Crews, The Miz, Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose, John Cena, and Mojo Rawley in a Battle Royal. Winner of that match goes on to face Bray Wyatt.
AJ Styles def. Luke Harper

RAW
Fastlane
The first six matches on the show didn't reach 10 minutes a match.
Pre-Show:Akira Tozawa and Rich Swann def. The Brian Kendrick and Noam Dar
-This was throwaway 5-10

Sasha Banks def. Nia Jax
- Banks winning with an O'Connor Roll was very stupid. 5-10

Samoa Joe def. Sami Zayn
-Love both wrestlers...but this was admittedly underwhelming 6-10

The GoodBrothers (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) (c) def. Enzo Amore and Big Cass for the Raw Tag Team Championships
-First logical match of the night! 7-10

Neville(c) def. Gentleman Jack Gallagher for the Cruiserweight Championship (MATCH OF THE NIGHT)
-The match worth Watching 8.5-10

Bayley (c) def. Charlotte Flair for the Raw Women's Championship
-The way this match ended was stupid 6-10

Roman Reigns def. Braun Strowman
-Better match watching alone than with a crowd. 7-10

Bill Goldberg def. Kevin Owens to become the NEW WWE Universal Champion
-This was infuriating to watch. 1-10
